Blaque Nubon's debut studio album, the title is inspired by Ezekiel 33, where the Lord tells Ezekiel to be a "watchman" of his city and that's what this album seeks to encapsulate and hopefully also articulate concerns for the city of his birth. The idea is to present a "watchman" at the city gates of Jozi, with the Gospel of Christ Jesus as both the lens by which he views a dying city and the means he offers by which the city may be saved.
